Koody’s Mailbox is a story writing initiative that encourages students across Singapore to express themselves through writing.

Students are invited to write a letter to Koody, sharing one of their own precious or unforgettable memories. Selected letters may be featured on Koody’s official platforms, illustrated, and adapted into short-form content or videos, allowing more people to discover and enjoy these heartfelt stories.

给小胖哥哥的信是一个鼓励新加坡学生透过写作表达自己的故事创作平台。

学生将写一封信给小胖哥哥,与他分享一段属于自己的珍贵或难忘回忆。优秀作品将有机会刊登于小胖哥哥的平台,并改编成插画故事或短视频内容,让更多人欣赏这些真挚动人的故事。

All primary and secondary school students in Singapore are welcome to participate. 

There is no limit to the number of entries submitted by each school. Schools are encouraged to involve as many students as possible and make writing a shared learning experience.

欢迎所有就读于新加坡小学及中学的学生参加。

每所学校的投稿数量不限。我们鼓励学校让更多学生参与,将写作变成共同学习与创作的体验。

Write a letter to Koody and share with him one of your own precious or unforgettable memories. It could be a memorable birthday, a challenge you overcame, a touching moment, or any experience that is special to you. Tell him what happened, why it is important to you, and how it made you feel.

请以书信形式写给小胖哥哥,与他分享一段属于你自己的珍贵或难忘回忆,例如:一次难忘的生日、一段勇敢面对困难的经历、一件令你感动的小事,或任何对你来说意义特别的回忆。你可以告诉小胖哥哥发生了什么事、为什么这段回忆让你难以忘怀,以及你从中学到了什么或有什么感受。

  • All entries must be the student’s own original work.
  • Entries must be handwritten using pen or pencil.
  • Students must complete their work independently.

 

  • 所有作品必须为学生原创。
  • 所有作品必须由学生亲手书写。
  • 学生必须独立完成作品。

Primary School: Less than 1000 words

Secondary School: 1000 – 2000 words

 

小学:不超过1000字

中学:1000 – 2000字

All school registrations must be submitted by the teacher-in-charge via the “Register Your School” page.

Teachers must submit scanned copies or clear photos of handwritten work via email.

Each student entry must be submitted as a single file, with the student’s name and class clearly indicated in the file name.

Accepted formats:

  • PDF (preferred)
  • JPG / PNG images

All submissions must be:

  • Clearly readable
  • Fully visible (no cropped pages)
  • Well-lit and in focus
  • Unedited (no filters or digital alterations)

 

教师需将学生手写作品扫描或拍照后,通过电邮提交。

每位学生作品需以单个文件提交,并在文件名称中清楚标注学生姓名班级

    • All entries must be original. Any confirmed plagiarism will result in disqualification.

    • The Organiser may collect and use personal data provided in this form for the administration and management of this programme. Where necessary, such information may be shared with authorised staff, appointed service providers, affiliated organisations, and programme partners for the purpose of delivering and managing the activity.

    • Students will retain full authorship of their original work. By submitting an entry, participants agree that the Organiser may use the submitted work for purposes related to this programme, including but not limited to education, exhibition, storytelling, and publicity.

      • This includes the right for the Organiser and its authorised partners to feature entries on thier official website and social media platforms, adapt entries into illustrated stories, videos, or educational materials, and edit or reformat submissions where necessary to suit different formats or audiences.

      • No additional fees or prior notice will be required for such uses, and efforts will be made to credit students where appropriate.

    • The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

    • By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all rules and terms stated above. I further declare that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate.
